Sharif Mobley, 26, of Buena Borough, N.J. is accused of going on a shooting rampage in a Yemeni hospital on Monday, according to sources.

Yemeni officials claim Mobley is a member of Al-Qaeda and a wanted suspect in several terrorist attacks. Media reports say he was being hospitalized in Sanaa, Yemen for an undetermined health problem when he tried to evade custody, according to the AFP. He was unsuccessful.

Sources say Sharif Mobley may be linked to al-Qaeda and is accused of shooting Yemeni police guards He’s accused of shooting one police guard to death and seriously injuring another after grabbing a gun from one of the men, the AFP says.

Mobley’s parents tell NBC Philadelphia that their son is a “good Muslim and absolutely not a terrorist.”

They did confirm that FBI agents visited their home and the last time they heard from Sharif was in late January. He was in Yemen at that time.

FBI officials won’t confirm Mobley’s connection to al-Qaeda, but sources say federal authorities are interested in the man.

The Bengals signed another controversial receiver, Antonio Bryant, to a long-term deal on Wednesday.

Owens later went on his Twitter account to confirm he would not sign with the Bengals.

Cincinnati and Baltimore were the only two teams interested in Owens, and the Ravens have acquired Anquan Boldin as their new featured receiver.

So could Terrell Owens return to the Eagles? That would seem unlikely, with Jason Avant signing a long-term deal.

Owens and DeSean Jackson do share the same agent, Drew Rosenhaus.

But it could be a long wait for Owens, as he may need to wait until July’s training camp period for a chance to sign with a team that loses a receiver to an injury.

Jones has signed a free agent deal to play for Oklahoma’s Tulsa Shock. The former sprinter previously signed a deal with the Phoenix Mercury in 2003 but never played.

Speaking during a press conference Jones says she “welcomes the chance” to play in the league.

“The W.N.B.A. players are the greatest women’s basketball players in the world. I welcome my chance to play alongside them.”

She will reportedly make $35,000,in the coming season.

NeNe Leakes is known for being outspoken on the Bravo reality show Real Housewives of Atlanta so we’re pretty sure she’s going to have something to say about this – one of her sons has been arrested on a drug charges. Bryson Bryant, one of NeNe’s two sons, is in the Gwinnett County Detention Center with two charges listed against him, including possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Bryson was pulled over by Atlanta Police, who then ran a check on him, and found out that there were many old tickets in him name, that eventually turned into warrants for his arrest. They found the weed on him when they took him into custody.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, recording studio owner Marion Joseph Powers has filed a lawsuit against Katt claiming that the comedian instructed his dog to bite his while he recorded comedy in his studio.

Court documents claim that Williams and his bodyguards came to Powers’ studio in October. Williams brought along his dog and allegedly gave it an “attack signal” instructing it to bite the other man’s animal, leaving it with injuries.

Powers claims when the two decided to meet in a hotel in November to discuss the incident he was bullied into not pressing charges by Williams. He says he was forced to sit in a chair by Williams, his bodyguards and the dog he says was “snarling” in front of him.

He also says that Katt threatened to kill him and held him against his will.

He’s asking for $1 million in damages for assault, damage to property, internal infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and battery.

The incident is believed to have taken place the same day he was interviewed by local news for being kicked out Atlanta’s Four Seasons Hotel.

Williams has yet to release a statement on the allegations.
